At just 26 years old, Iqra Ayub founded Hers Performance with a vision to bring something different to the automotive industry. Having bought and sold vehicles since the age of 18, her passion for cars has grown into a business built around trust, transparency, and exceptional customer service.
Throughout her years in the industry, Iqra recognised a significant gap in the market, particularly across West Yorkshire and the surrounding region. While there are countless dealerships and showrooms, very few are designed with women in mind. Many women still find the vehicle buying experience intimidating, uncomfortable, or overly sales-driven, leaving them feeling overlooked and underrepresented.
